Hi, I am Helen Neo

I am a Real Estate Agent since 22 April 2013. I started off as a part time agent, while holding a full time job as a Personal Assistant. 5 years ago, I decided to take a leap of faith to enter this business full time and its been a rewarding journey so far. I am currently a Senior Associate Marketing Director in Propnex Realty Pte Ltd

To me, a real estate career is not about selling more or achieving awards every year. More importantly, sharing and provide the best insights and recommendations to the people I came across is my priority.

We came across Helen's and Alice's Facebook marketing advertisement and were curious if we could upgrade our house. After meeting up with them, they provided us with many possible options. We wanted a place that could provide a fun environment for our growing children and at the same time, a house that was within our financial means. Eventually, we embarked on an Executive Condo that they suggested. We managed to secure our preferred unit at Parc Life with their hard work and great effort in helping and guiding us.

Our initial and BIGGEST fear when we first thought of upgrading was selling our flat first and then renting out which was troublesome and costly.
